It can be used to play DOS games from DOS.Zone web site. Multiplayer games are supported.
The DOS browser app is based on the Chrome browser. The regular Chrome browser uses WebAssembly to run the dosbox/dosbox-x backend. The performance of WebAssembly is limited; the dynamic core (most performant) cannot work in a browser environment. Within the app browser, full support for the dynamic core is provided, which gives a dramatic performance boost. So whenever you experience poor performance, try installing the app, especially on mobile devices.
